Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: All returns are at the customer’s expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order. For exchange questions, email hello@heesho.co

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
