About Heesho
What is Heesho?
Heesho is a clothing brand built by trans men, for trans men but we don't discriminate. If you like it, it's also for you!
Who makes your clothes?
We work with ethical manufacturers in India and Egypt, and all designs are finalised in Portugal.
Are you a sustainable brand?
We produce in small batches, avoid overproduction, and aim to use natural fibers as much as possible. We’re not perfect, but we’re building with care and intention.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Lisbon, Portugal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship across the EU & UK. If you’re somewhere else, shoot us an email. We’ll try to make it work.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For EU orders: 3–7 business days
For UK orders: 7–14 business days
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at hello@heesho.co because once it’s out the door, there's very little we can do.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to get?
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fit notes. Our cuts are designed with trans/queer bodies in mind so the fits are a bit different.
Product Care
How should I wash my Heesho gear?
Cold wash, inside out, hang dry.
Simple. Easy.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You’ve got 7 days from delivery to return or exchange items in original condition. Email us at hello@heesho.co to get started.
Do you offer free returns?
Returns are free within the EU. For international orders, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I exchange for a different size or item?
Yep! If we have it in stock, we’ll happily exchange. Just reach out within the 7-day window.
